When women go through difficult life changes, I've found in my experience as a registered dietitian that this is a time where they fall back on unhealthy relationships with food, dieting, disordered eating, obsessive exercising, etc.

Which is why I created this course!

This course is meant to help guide you through this tricky time in life (or any transition in life--it all still applies!)

Each module is designed to engage you with journal activities and action steps to set yourself up for a sustainable healthy life.
