The transition from college into the working world presents a number of unique challenges that often aren't talked about. Sleep schedules change. Living situations change. Maybe you're living alone for the first time. (That was me!)
When women go through difficult life changes, I've found in my experience as a registered dietitian that this is a time where they fall back on unhealthy relationships with food, dieting, disordered eating, obsessive exercising, etc.
Which is why I created this course!
This course is meant to help guide you through this tricky time in life (or any transition in life--it all still applies!)
